For generations, two family fishing vessels have headed out past the headlands at first light. That legacy means we can source directly from local Aussie fishers and bring ultra-fresh seafood right to your doorstep. It’s the same care our family has always taken just now served from a friendly window on wheels.

We handpick the rest from trusted local suppliers, including the iconic Sydney Fish Market. That’s why the prawns are sweet and snappy, the oysters taste clean and briny, and the fillets have that just-landed shine. Whether you’re a local or visiting the South Coast, our seafood is selected for freshness first and prepared with care.
